5th grade team project

Project goals: To find and share a wonderful recipe! Each recipe is to include proper bibliography using the MLA guide for proper placement. Forms and graphic organizers are provided for you to use while working on your project. The information you will need to complete your project will be found in the library and on the Internet and will be shared electronically during the project on this wiki site and on a Power Point for your final project.

Working together using this wiki

Groups of 3 or 4 students will be determined in library class. You will have 2 library class times, 1 math class rotation period and 3 computer class times to complete this project.

Your group is to locate a recipe using the sources provided.

You need to set up a wiki page for your group. You will need:

group name
give that name to Mrs. Eastman.
set up wiki page for your group to work from and to include all of the information you gather from the list below.

You need to gather and post the following information on your wiki page:

what recipe source are you using? Is it the Internet or book? Who is the author or editor?
what recipe are you using - what is the title - page number or date?
what ingredients?
what tools are needed to complete the recipe?
how long does it take to make the recipe?
how many people does it feed?
what are the steps involved in completing this recipe?
how much money would you need to complete the recipe?
